Work is ticket based, and the team would be expected to procedurally work through tickets (submitted via a template) to resolution.\nScope:\nApplies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues\nWorks on problems of moderate scope\nReceives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects\nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for planning the server or rack, arranging the server mounting or rack installation, and following up the installation of the server operating system\nResponsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and follow-up break-fix of the server and other hardware\nMaintain data on internal systems including Asset Management, Ticketing, & rack elevations\nWork with remote vendors to solve hardware failures or issues\nOncall on duty, responsible for dealing with the issues raised by the business owner side\nCollect and check online asset data\nSubmit and track the part RMA or media destruction process\nServer network troubleshooting\nServer lifecycle management\nOther server operation-related work\nTidy and escalate problems to senior SOE\nRequired Qualifications/Skills:\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer science, Electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields\nStrong ability to work under pressure; strong learning ability, broad technical interest; strong sense of responsibility, full of enthusiasm for work\nGood communication skills in English, good team work spirit; has the ability to work independently\nKnowledge of the interdependencies of server functions and technologies\nCan understand and run simple Shell/Bash scripts\nFamiliar with Linux systems, able to locate hardware faults;
