Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Site-Level Program Execution Risk Management: Conduct regular site assessments to identify hazards in high-risk processes, such as 4th-level racking and electrical installations. CEHS Planning: Prepare and maintain location-specific EHS plans for new data center turnups and ongoing operations from initial planning through to execution. Electrical Safety: Enforce strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and verify zero-energy states to prevent electrical incidents. 2. Compliance and Auditing Inspections: Conduct monthly unannounced site inspections to ensure permanent audit readiness for both internal and client-led safety reviews. Incident Management: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all onsite accidents and high-potential near-misses, ensuring initial reports are submitted per client timelines. Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the onsite contact for regulatory inspections (e.g., OSHA) and client safety committees. 3.
