They will also develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms.\nScope:\nApplies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues\n\nWorks on problems of moderate scope\n\nReceives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects\n\nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nProvide administration, development, and application support for end users\n\nParticipate in the design, develop, code, test and debug system software\n\nReview code and design software\n\nParticipate in configuring and integrating third-party software components and technologies\n\nEngage in performing root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues related to how technical solutions operate in customer environments\n\nAddress and resolve software bugs and bug reproduction requests; logging of all incidents and requests; engaging other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility\n\nProvide limited after hours and on-call support as needed\n\nEngage in review and development of test documentation\n\nWork with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives\n\nOther duties as required.
