They will also develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms.\nScope:\nResolves a wide range of issues in creative ways\n\nSeasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their specialty\n\nWorks on problems of a diverse scope\n\nReceives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments\n\nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nProvide administration, development, and application support for end users\n\nDesign, develop, code, test and debug system software\n\nDesign and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to deployment\n\nReview code and design\n\nConfigure and integrate third-party software components and technologies\n\nPerform root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues related to how technical solutions operate in customer environments\n\nAddress and resolve esclataed software bugs and bug reproduction requests; logging of all incidents and requests; engaging other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility\n\nProvide limited after hours and on-call support as needed\n\nEngage in review and development of test documentation\n\nWork with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives\n\nOther duties as required.
