This individual will be expected to maintain a visible presence on the production floor, support employee development, and drive daily operational performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead by example in all safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\nDirect daily production activities to meet schedule and customer requirements.\nAssign and coordinate work based on production priorities and staffing needs.\nMonitor productivity, quality, downtime, scrap, and labor utilization.\nCoach, train, and develop employees to support individual and team success.\nConduct shift communication meetings and reinforce expectations.\nPartner with HR and Operations leadership on attendance, performance management, and employee relations matters.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts, including 5S, Lean initiatives, and process improvements.\nCollaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling, Shipping, and other departments to achieve plant objectives.\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nMinimum 3 years of manufacturing or industrial production experience.\nPrevious leadership, team lead, trainer, or supervisory experience.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nDemonstrated ability to lead employees and drive accountability.\nAbility to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.\nPreferred\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.\nExperience in aluminum extrusion, metals manufacturing, fabrication, finishing, or other industrial environments.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root-cause analysis.\nKnowledge of manufacturing KPIs and production metrics.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSuccessful
