You'll work closely with employees across the organization while building skills that can lead to future growth opportunities in network administration, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or systems engineering.\nWhat You'll Do\nEnd User Support & Service Desk\nServe as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across office and manufacturing environments.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.\nProvide outstanding customer service while managing support requests and documenting resolutions.\nSupport users both remotely and onsite.\nHardware & Device Management\nConfigure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot:\nWindows workstations and laptops\nApple devices\nPrinters and label printers\nMobile devices and tablets\nHandheld scanners and warehouse technology\n\nManage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle replacements.\nMobile Device & Endpoint Administration\nDeploy and maintain devices through enterprise management platforms.\nSupport device enrollment, security policies, updates, and application deployments.\nAssist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions including Jamf and SOTI environments.\nSupport automated device provisioning through modern deployment tools.\nUser Access & Security Administration\nCreate and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security groups.\nSupport Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).\nAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes.\nHelp maintain IT security standards and best practices.\nManufacturing Technology Support\nSupport technology used throughout our production and warehouse operations.\nTroubleshoot shop-floor PCs, scanners, label printers, and connected devices.\nPartner with operations teams to resolve issues that impact productivity.\nHelp ensure systems remain available to support manufacturing operations.\nNetwork & Communications Support\nPerform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity diagnostics.\nAssist with VoIP phone setup, moves, additions, and support.\nEscalate and collaborate on more complex infrastructure issues.\nSupport network equipment, wireless connectivity, and local site communications.\nBusiness Application Support\nAssist users with company software and business systems.\nSupport application installations, updates, and troubleshooting.\nWork with internal teams and vendors to identify and resolve software issues.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.\n2+ years of IT support, help desk, or systems administration experience.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nComfortable working in both office and manufacturing settings.\nTechnical Experience Preferred\nWindows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.\nActive Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.\nMobile Device Management (Jamf, SOTI, or similar platforms).\nPC, printer, scanner, and mobile device support.\nBasic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.\nIT ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.\nVoIP phone systems and telecommunications support.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems.\nExposure to cybersecurity practices and endpoint security tools.\nCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Jamf, or similar credentials.\nWhy Astro Shapes?\nWork with technologies that support a modern manufacturing operation.\nGain exposure across networking, cloud technologies, endpoint management, and cybersecurity.\nOpportunities for career growth and technical development.\nCollaborative team environment where your ideas and contributions matter.\nMake a visible impact on business operations every day.\nIf you're a technology professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and continually learning, we'd love to hear from you.
