The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software projects, managing software development teams, and leading the design and architecture of software systems.\nResponsibilities\n Lead a team of engineers to develop system software required for our products\n Review code of the team to ensure that coding standards are complied with\n Create a roadmap for feature development to meet customer needs\n Contribute hands-on with your team in the development of the software stack\n Design, develop, test, debug, update, and maintain code\n Requirements\n8+ years of hands on experience in C++ programming (not just C)\nExperience in abstraction and algorithmic thinking\nNinja of debugging real-time embedded systems and logical reasoning\nDesign, develop, and implement program and process improvements\nOverall 13+ years of experience of which at least 3 years of experience leading a team\nHands-on experience in device drivers and board bring-up in Linux and FreeRTOS\nHands-on experience in I2C, SPI, UART, and other serial communication protocols\nExperience with LInux kernel and Hardware accelerator based datapath( in SoC's) for packet processing is a plus. \nExperience in memory mapped devices in Linux and RTOS environments\nExperience in Wireless firmware (example PHY/MAC layer drivers for WiFi) for Linux\nHands-on experience in Python\nExperience in automated testing\nComputer Science and Software Development skills\nProgramming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills\nExperience in managing software development teams\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nStrong communication and team player skills\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related
