Dan is deze stageplek echt iets voor jou!\nFunctieomschrijving\nAls stagiair ICT Servicedesk heb je een afwisselende baan. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle eerste en tweede lijns incidenten op het gebied van ICT. Daarnaast installeer, configureer, beheer en onderhoud je Windows en Mac OS werkplekken. Uiteraard documenteer je jouw werkzaamheden en schrijf je gebruikershandleidingen indien dit gewenst is.\nTevens is er de mogelijkheid om in overleg alleen of in een team een passende stage opdracht uit te voeren tijdens de stage.\nRequirements\nOpleidingseisen\nJe volgt een opleiding op het gebied van ICT op MBO niveau 3 of MBO niveau 4.\n\nTechnisch inhoudelijke kennis\nTechnische basiskennis van zowel hardware als software;\n\nKennis van Windows 11;\n\nKennis van Microsoft 365;\n\nKennis van Mac os is een pre;\n\nKennis van GNU/Linux is een pre.\n\nCompetenties\nTeamplayer;\n\nAssertieve en proactieve werkhouding;\n\nKlantvriendelijk en servicegericht;\n\nZelfstandig en oplossingsgericht;\n\nGoede beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.\n\nWij bieden\nEen stagecontract (38 uur per week) voor de periode september 2026 tot en met februari 2027 (in overleg is de periode aanpasbaar);\n\nEen stagevergoeding van € 425,- per maand;\n\nEen tegemoetkoming in de reis- of pensionkosten, indien van toepassing.\n\nDe organisatie\nASTRON, het Nederlands instituut voor radioastronomie, bevordert de ontwikkeling van onze kennis van het heelal. Wij doen dit door fundamenteel sterrenkundig onderzoek te verrichten en geavanceerde technologieën en instrumentatie voor radioastronomisch onderzoek te ontwikkelen en beheren. ASTRON is onderdeel van de institutenorganisatie van NWO (Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek).ASTRON is gevestigd even buiten Dwingeloo in Drenthe. Er zijn ongeveer 200 wetenschappers, technici en operationele medewerkers in dienst. Het is een internationale gemeenschap, waarin de afdeling ICT een eigen plek inneemt. De ICT afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor alle werkplek en system administration werkzaamheden. Bij deze afdeling is plek voor een stagiair ICT Servicedesk. Binnen de afdeling Finance, ICT and Facilities bestaat ICT momenteel uit 9 professionals met hun eigen specifieke kennis.
