# Maintenance Associate

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Associate to support the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure. In this role, you'll work closely with our maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance while helping ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This position is designed to support succession planning within the Maintenance department - you'll cross-train with senior maintenance personnel to build a strong working knowledge of our equipment, processes, and facility operations, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time. What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing issues in a safe and timely manner. Assist with diagnosing equipment failures and implementing long-term corrective solutions. Support installation, setup, and relocation of machinery and equipment as needed.
