A specialization on one particular field is possible, but they will be trained to cover all necessary sectors, so that substitution of a colleague in case of absence is ensured.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPurchasing:Placing orders for supplies within approved guidelines.\nEntering and maintaining purchase order data in the ERP system \nPurchasing product to meet requested delivery date in a timely manner with a focus on just in time delivery and cost savings, as well as warehouse capacity. \nMaintaining open orders; Expediting and rescheduling product as system demand changes\nClarification of issues with vendors\n\nCustomer Service: \nAccepting and processing customer orders\nCreation of delivery bills and dispatch processing, incl. creating and obtaining diverse custom documents\nCreation of customer invoices and credit notes\nClarification of issues with customers\nAdministrative side of service cases:\n\nCreating and maintaining data of CRM/ERP system\nOther duties as assigned.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
