This role works closely with finance and operating teams to support business objectives and maintain strong internal controls.\nEssential Responsibilities\nPrepare journal entries and account reconciliations.\nAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close.\nMaintain general ledger and fixed asset records.\nAnalyze financial results and investigate variances.\nSupport inventory and manufacturing accounting.\nAssist with audits, tax filings, and compliance activities.\nPrepare schedules for treasury and financial reporting.\nMaintain accounting documentation and internal controls.\nParticipate in ERP and process improvement initiatives.\nPerform other accounting and financial analysis as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.\nExperience\n2-5 years of accounting experience.\nManufacturing experience preferred.\nExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong accounting and analytical skills.\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel.\nTeam-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.\nSuccess in the Role\nAccurate and timely financial reporting.\nTimely completion of month-end close activities.\nWell-maintained account reconciliations.\nStrong compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.\nPositive collaboration across
