understanding of payment flows, transaction processing, virtual accounts and payment providers.\nExperience with APIs, logs and monitoring tools.\nTechnical aptitude and familiarity with Git and AI-assisted development tools.\nProven ability to independently lead initiatives, coordinate stakeholders and drive execution.\nStrong analytical skills, ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.\nExcellent written and spoken English and Spanish (mandatory).\nNice to Have: Knowledge of LATAM payment methods, virtual account infrastructure and experience with provider integrations or new product launches.\nTasks & Responsibilities\nOwn and optimize payment operations across deposits, withdrawals, transfers, virtual accounts and local payment methods. \nInvestigate transaction declines, processing failures and integration issues, identifying root causes through SQL queries, API analysis, logs and monitoring tools.\nLead operational projects end to end, coordinating teams, managing dependencies, removing blockers and ensuring execution.\nMonitor and improve payment conversion rates, processing times, transaction reliability and provider performance.\nManage payment providers and partners, including incident resolution, escalations and operational improvements.\nWork with Product and Engineering on integrations, provider migrations and payment flow improvements.\nLeverage AI development tools to navigate codebases, contribute code changes and implement
