Office.\nComfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays, if required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in any discipline.\nExperience in e-commerce, internet, SaaS, or consumer tech companies is preferred.\nPrior experience in handling chat and email support will be an
