The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment as well as HR operations and will be responsible for supporting the complete employee lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nRecruitment\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment portals.\nScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\nMaintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.\nManage offer, selection, and joining formalities.\nMaintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment MIS.\nWork closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.\nHR Operations\nManage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases.\nCoordinate with payroll and other departments for employee-related processes.\nAddress routine employee queries and provide HR support.\nAssist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and processes.\nPrepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.\nEnsure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.\nGood knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes.\nProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.\nAbility to handle multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee
