leverage AI-driven tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, and decision-making at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nGrowth & Performance Marketing\nOwn and scale performance marketing across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Ads, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging platforms.\nDrive user acquisition with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort & creatives performance.\nPlan and execute full-funnel growth strategies from awareness to conversion.\nLeverage AI tools for bid optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing to improve campaign performance\n\nApp Marketing\nLead app marketing initiatives including app installs, re-engagement, and retention.\nOptimize ASO (App Store Optimization) to improve discoverability and organic installs.\nRun app-specific campaigns for installs, in-app events, re-marketing and conversions.\nRetention & Lifecycle Marketing\nDesign and execute retention strategies using CRM channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging\nImprove user activation, repeat usage, and churn reduction through data-led lifecycle programs\nWork closely with product and analytics teams to optimize user journeys\nAnalytics & Optimization\nTrack, analyze, and report on key growth metrics including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral\nConduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis to drive continuous optimization\nUse tools like GA4, Firebase, Appsflyer/Adjust, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar\nStrategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with product, tech, design, and content teams to launch and scale growth initiatives\nManage agency and vendor relationships (if applicable)\nMentor junior team members\nDrive adoption of AI-led marketing practices across teams to improve efficiency and scalability\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nProven experience in B2C digital marketing with strong exposure to growth and performance marketing\nHands-on expertise in paid media, user acquisition, and app marketing\nStrong understanding of retention, lifecycle marketing, and CRM automation\nHighly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights\nExperience managing marketing budgets and forecasting growth outcomes\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management
