Candidates based in the Phoenix area will also be considered.\nHow you will contribute\nAs a Business Analyst supporting Treasury at Asure, you will serve as a key link between Treasury Product Management, Customers, and Development. You will analyze financial reports, market research, and operating procedures for Treasury solutions - including cash management, payments, banking connectivity, reconciliation, and forecasting - strategize ideas to improve business operations and meet with company executives and other stakeholders to provide recommendations based on your analysis.\nIdentify specific business opportunities within the Treasury product line\nAssist with project management for selected Treasury projects\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support, and Implementation) to produce better business outcomes\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, and use cases) for Treasury features such as cash forecasting, bank reconciliation, and payment processing\nConduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements from Treasury customers and internal stakeholders\nAnalyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals\nWrite clear and well-structured business requirements documents\nTranslate business and functional requirements into epics and user stories for agile delivery teams\nWork with the development team to design solutions that meet Treasury business requirements, including prototypes and mock-ups to validate solutions with stakeholders\nIdentify automation opportunities within Treasury workflows\nCreate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance\nAnalyze process issues and bottlenecks and recommend improvements\nCommunicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders; facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts between stakeholders and the development team\nCollaborate with the product manager on Treasury roadmap planning and prioritization\nSupport the testing phase by developing test plans and test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)\nTrack project progress, manage changes to requirements, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders\nProvide training and support to end-users on new Treasury features and functionality\nConduct market research and analysis on treasury and banking industry trends and competitor products to inform roadmap strategy\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university\nPrevious experience in the treasury management, banking, payments, or fintech software industry preferred\nWorking knowledge of treasury and cash management concepts (e.g., cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank reconciliation, payment processing, ACH/wire transfers) preferred\nFamiliarity with a treasury management system (TMS) such as Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar a plus\nMinimum of 5 years' experience in a related field and/or position\nAdvanced skills in Excel, data mining/manipulation, and report creation\nExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams\nAbility to multi-task, support multiple customers/assignments, and adapt in a dynamic environment\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment\nStrong commitment to data integrity and internal customer service\nAble to work timely and embrace agility and change\nExperience with project tracking software such as Atlassian Confluence or Jira\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge.
