Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.\nThis position will be a hybrid role out of our Austin, TX location. \nHow you will contribute\nOur Financial Analyst will work with the FP&A team and will partner with business leaders to assist in managing the annual budget process as well as monthly forecast updates, analysis of business trends and managing key performance indicators. The role will assist in preparing management reports outlining revenue and expense performance and identifying the cause of variances. The role will also contribute to bespoke projects and analysis as necessary.\nMajor Duties and Responsibilities\nPartner with business leaders on a regular basis to understand their needs and changes in the business. \nProvide financial insights to key business leaders and assistwith short and long-term planning. \nProvide management reporting to the business with relevant variance analysis, adjusting the outlook models to reflect operational adjustments. \nAnalyze Actual variances to Budget/Forecast and review with the management team. \nSupport and maintainthe key metrics used in presentations for the Board of Directors, earnings calls, investors, auditors, etc. \nDevelop and monitorkey financial metrics and business drivers. \nSupport processes to ensure accurateand timelycompletion of financial planning consolidations. \nEnsure reporting systems and source data are accurateand reconciled. \nProvide ad hoc analysis for business support. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, CIS, or equivalent. \n1-5 years of financial analysis experience. \nAdvanced Excel modeling and data mining and analysis skills, strong PowerPoint skills.Knowledge of database systems such as SQL, etc. is an asset.\nExperience with NetSuite and Salesforce are a plus. \nDiligent, highest standards of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to meeting critical deadlines.\nTeam player and effective communicator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a business partnering mindset. \nPositive, proactive, can-do attitude and ability to achieve results in a collegial, team-oriented approach. \nCurious, with the ability to think critically, question the output of a financial model, and consider options for improvement.\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge.
