Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.\nThe ideal candidate will live in the Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; or Nashville, TN.\nHow you will contribute\nOur HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions.\nIdentify and develop new prospects within defined territory through self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.\nProfile and penetrate existing Asure Clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities enhancing value for the client by improving the scope of the Asure solution. \nDevelop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers to further penetrate the market. \nCreate high impact presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefits of proposed Asure solutions. \nDevelop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota. \nLeverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities. \nEngage in continuous learning to understand industry trends, evaluate the competitive HCM landscape, and incorporate new and evolving technology such as AI tools into your strategy.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree preferred. \nExperience selling payroll, HR or related software and services is preferred. \nMinimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience. \nStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. \nExperience managing multiple sales engagements effectively. \nProven relationship building and client service skills. \nProven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results. \nProactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales. \nExperience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools. \nMust have a valid U.S. Driver's License to be eligible for hire.\nCompensation\nThe on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $110,000 - $133,000 annually, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
