This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.\nIdentify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.\nUtilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.\nManage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.\nLeverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.\nQualifications and Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree preferred.\n3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.\n1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.\nExperience selling SaaS solutions preferred.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\nProven relationship building and client service skills.\nAmbitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.\nCompensation\nThe on-target earning (OTE) for this position is $$135,000 - $145,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
