This is a proven leader who has poise, dedication, thoughtfulness, and a true care for individuals and their career development.\nAttract, Hire and Retain high performing Inside Sales Professionals\nDrive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals\nProvide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of the inside sales role, our business model, and our sales methodology. This includes coaching on territory planning including prospecting methods, all the way through deal support across each stage of the sales cycle\nSupport your direct reports by participating in client and prospect calls/meetings including listening to calls to customize coaching to the Account Executives and Account Managers as well as support deal development and closing through active participation to sales calls\nProvide timely and accurate forecast to senior management based on a deep understanding of deals in play but also based on overall business trends\nDevelop and own Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the sales team, consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, track the results and drive team execution based on those metrics\nAnalytical mindset able to both identify gaps in the sales cycle but also gaps in the business plan\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience leading/managing an inside sales team for at least 2 years\nExperience selling software as an individual contributor for at least 3 years\nExcellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.\nYou must be credible with direct reports, customers, recruitment candidates, and internally across the organization at all levels including senior management\nExperience selling a SaaS solution preferred\nPro-active, results oriented and team oriented approach to sales\nExperience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting and LinkedIn Navigator\nTrack record of consistent over achievement of assigned sales quota both as a leader and individual contributor\nStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nCompensation\nThe on target earnings for this position is $140,000 - $150,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
