Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.\nHow I will Contribute\nAs Senior Technical Accountant you will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of significant accounting transactions, special projects. The Senior Technical Accountant works with SEC reporting Forms: 10-K,10-Q, US GAAP and technical accounting subjects, such as revenue recognition, leases, stock-based compensations, debt and equity instruments, acquisitions, going concern, goodwill and impairments.\nPrepares SEC reporting schedules (e.g., statement of stockholders’ equity, statement of comprehensive income, debt footnote, share based compensation footnote, earnings per share, etc.).\nAssists with preparation of the required filings as a public company, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, proxy statements and other filings as they become necessary.\nAssists with or prepare Balance Sheet and Income Statement flux analyses.\nWorks closely with internal and external auditors to support quarterly reviews and audits by providing timely, accurate data and communication.\nAssists with preparing, maintaining, and updating accounting policies and memorandums in accordance with applicable guidance.\nSupports accounting processes for debt and equity related capital market transactions, share-based compensation, capitalized software, debt and equity investments and other complex transactions.\nAssists and works directly with the Controller and/or Assistant Controller to prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for assigned accounts (e.g., journal entries and account reconciliations).\nMaintains appropriate internal controls for areas of responsibility.\nInteracts with Financial Shared Services, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, HR and various other functions across different geographies within the company to facilitate an effective close process and support special projects.\nAssists with ad hoc research and other special projects.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting required.\n3 years minimum in public accounting with a focus on public companies and ideally fast-growing tech.\nMid-Sized, growth focused, public company experience highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules and regulations.\nExperience with NetSuite is preferred.\nExperience with Workiva is a plus.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExcellent organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously.\nEnthusiasm driven to continuously strive for excellence.\nStrong project management and communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nSound judgment, problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently.\nThrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and dynamic environment.\nMust be flexible, able to multi-task and work to deadlines.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA- All effective on day 1!\nCompany paid Basic Life Insurance, A+D, Long-Term Disability, and Short-Term Disability\n401K Program with 3% safe harbor contribution\nEmployee Stock Purchase Program\nFitness Reimbursement Program\nSelf-Managed PTO\nOur Mission\nTo provide Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services that help companies grow, while nurturing a culture of growth around us.\nHelping customers grow by getting the most from their human capital. \nHelping our employees grow personally and professionally. \nGrowing relationships in our communities that inspire goodness. \nDo all of these things in a way that grows shareholder value\nOur Vision\nBe the most trusted Human Capital Management resource to entrepreneurs everywhere.\nOur Values\nReflect who we are and what we stand for as a company.\nEmbrace Change\nLead with Integrity\nOwn the Outcome\nDeliver Awesome\nBe a Good Human\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
