accurate cost recognition.\n\nCoordinate with General Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Projects, and Planning teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\n\nReview and reconcile general ledger accounts, cost accounts, and project-related balances.\n\nAssist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports and management reports.\n\nEnsure proper accounting treatment for construction projects, work in progress (WIP), and project-related expenses.\n\nSupport budgeting and forecasting processes and provide financial insights to management.\n\nEnsure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable tax and regulatory requirements.\n\nDevelop and improve cost-control procedures and accounting processes.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.\n\n8–10+ years of relevant experience, including solid experience in both General Accounting and Cost Accounting.\n\nPrevious experience in Construction and/or Real Estate companies is required.\n\nStrong understanding of project costing, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.\n\nHands-on experience with ERP systems is required.\n\nStrong knowledge of taxation and accounting principles.\n\nExcellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong leadership and team-management
