and Outcomes:\nThe Experience Technician Contractor is responsible for setting up, installing, operating, testing, and troubleshooting Audio/Video/Control and related equipment in accordance with ASW standards to create an experience that will help our clients impress their audience.\nEssential Functions:\nUnderstand and review all drawings with the Project Manager, so that all related information, Schedules and documentation is understood.\n\nVerify all of the drawings, code, site pictures, and job description are complete and you have access to them.\n\nMake certain all cables, connectors, hardware and tools needed to complete the project are available and collected.\n\nMaintain a clean an organized vehicle with appropriate tools, ladders and safety equipment.\n\nComplete walk through of the site with the PM and go over all details of the installation.\n\nVerify working times and access to the workspace.\n\nInstall all equipment per ASW documentation and standards.\n\nPerform minor DSP changes and load control code as necessary.\n\nEnsure that the job is completed to ASW and industry standards for a safe and fully functional system.\n\nSubmit a Daily Mission report using the template in ACC that includes photo documentation of work completed and issues.\n\nEnsure that all equipment is connected per the drawings.\n\nIf the drawings are incorrect for functionality, mark the necessary changes accordingly in ACC.\n\nEnsure that every wire has a label and it is marked according to the drawings.\n\nEnsure that the trash is disposed of and the site is cleaner than it was when you arrived.\n\nWork with the Field Engineer to perform and document system commissioning.\n\nCapture all redlines on ACC drawings and submit all changes to engineering for as-built drawings.\n\nRequirements\n4+ years experience in hands-on commercial AVL installation.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProven customer service experience\nIP networking knowledge\nAV system troubleshooting skills\nSetup and load code into Control Systems (Q-Sys, Crestron, AMX, Extron, etc…)\nSetup and load code into DSP \nInstall and configure Interactive
