The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction contracts, payment certification, claims management, and project coordination.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdminister construction contracts and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.\nReview contract documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and consistency.\nPrepare, review, and process interim payment certificates and final accounts.\nMonitor project progress against contract schedules and milestones.\nAssist in the evaluation of variation orders, claims, and extension of time requests.\nCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients regarding contractual matters.\nMaintain proper records of correspondence, site instructions, and contractual documentation.\nSupport procurement activities and review tender documents when required.\nEnsure compliance with FIDIC or other applicable contract conditions.\nPrepare periodic reports related to contract performance and project status.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.\nMinimum 4 years of general professional experience in construction projects or contract administration.\nGood understanding of contract management, BOQ preparation, and payment certification.\nFamiliarity with FIDIC contract conditions and construction contract procedures.\nAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.\nProficiency in MS Office, and contract/project management tools.\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and
