code\nStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems\nDevelop and maintain web applications using Django and Python\nOptimize application performance and scalability\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployments\n\nMust have the following\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Django and Python development\nBachelor's Degree from a reputable university\nSolid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\nStrong communication skills\nExperience with Heroku, AWS or other cloud platforms\nFamiliarity with agile development methodologies\nExperience with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL\nIndustry Experience: Trading and electronic trading platforms is a plus.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nKnowledge of version control systems such as Git or similar
