/Implementation skills\nIn depth knowledge of managing Hybrid Data center primarily Microsoft Infrastructure.\nStrong experience in managing O365, designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure platform, Good knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNET, VPN Gateways and Express Route).\nExperience in Migration of various on prem Infrastructure and IT services on Cloud (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS),\nCloud Identity management, Integration of new applications into the cloud.\nAbility to lead and develop technical talent (performance management, coaching, mentoring).\nStrong understanding of VMware, Hypervisor, Clustering and DR.\nAbility to evaluate and leverage technology, industry, and competitive knowledge to apply the most current and appropriate ideas in a forward-looking manner to support the business.\nDeliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProven knowledge of data storage and backup solutions.\nProven knowledge of security and compliance and Audits.\nProven knowledge of systems monitoring tools (both on prem and cloud)\nExperience with Networking, application development,
