You will be working closely with stakeholders and evaluating CRM capabilities and technologies. You bring strong knowledge in Architecture and an exceptional communicator.\nAccountabilities\nCreate, own, and manage the architecture and technology strategy for CRM\n\nContribution and guidance in RFP’s, POCs, Solution Design and technology acquisition to ensure alignment/adherence on application portfolio strategies.\n\nWorking closely with IT and Business stakeholders with oversight of areas of service duplication, tech cost inefficiencies within the application portfolio, development medium and long term strategies\n\nContributes to the bigger picture architectural vision specifically where it intersects with CRM capabilities.\n\nIdentify Cost Models of Capital/Operating of the Application portfolio via rational and logical segments\n\nCreates short and near term roadmaps based on strategy models\n\nParticipate in architecture governance functions and activities (ARB, DDB, etc) and work closely with architects and technology stakeholders\n\nEnsure alignment to technology development and value creation strategies for new services or business capabilities.\n\nIdentification and recommendations of areas of opportunity to improve cost models, general efficiency or operating effectiveness within the application portfolio\n\nAlways focus on the customer outcome\n\nDevelop and embed governance models that work effectively with agile methods to control acquisition of new technologies and understand TCO of new technologies\n\nAdopt Domain Driven approaches for future non traditional business models\n\nSkills, experience & requirements\nUnderstanding of leading CRM technologies in industry, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365. Knowledge of SAP CRM is also an asset\n\nExperience architecting complex enterprise grade CRM and Marketing solutions with knowledge of customer, offers, product, personalization, and marketing domains\n\n10-15 years of work experience with increasing responsibilities in digital solutions or other innovation/mobility/digital roles\n\nPlatform mindset in establishing and evaluating technical capabilities\n\nLeadership experience and background in the support of information systems and information technology\n\nStrong focus on business value and the customer\n\nProven experience and success in architecting or co-leading digital transformation\n\nExperience with systems architecture methodologies\n\nExperience with cloud infrastructure solutions such as Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services\n\nBachelor’s degree in quantitative or technology discipline (e.g. Computer Science or Information Systems) a correlated discipline or equivalent\n\n5 years full-stack engineering experience\n\nExperience creating strategies for digital solution maximization across diverse areas of business including implementation of digital strategies, processes and techniques.\n\nSenior level knowledge of finance or related industry, its products and services coupled with a deep understanding of both business and technology components of data management and exploitation\n\nDon’t meet all the requirements on the list?\nA resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
