If so, ATB might be right for you.\nWe code review all changes, continuously integrate, pay down technical debt, and aim for highly automated test coverage. We love microservices and, while we mostly use React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, Java on Google Cloud Platform, Linux and Kubernetes, new services can be built using whatever tools make sense to get the job done. All engineers are also given \"10% time\" to work on anything that tickles your fancy.\nAccountabilities\nYou’ll design, develop, test, deliver, maintain and improve applications, and work across the entire software development lifecycle to optimize ATB user experience and workflows.\nResponsibilities:\nDesigns, codes, unit tests and integrates new features and functionality as defined by the PO and team\n\nApplies creative problem solving that bring software designs to life\n\nBuilds apps, APIs and data solutions to drive projects\n\nAssists in the development of automated test harnesses as necessary to ensure delivery of high-quality code\n\nParticipates in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and disruptive digital solutions\n\nUpdates progress daily through the tracking tool (Jira) or Kanban board\n\nCompletes and ensures completion of any required documentation e.g. deployment, maintenance, support and business needs\n\nWork within a team to develop products in line with ATB’s strategy, including analysis of the product and technical product solution.\n\nWork with the team to explore new ideas through experiment, prototypes and fast feedback.\n\nLive, breathe and work in the Cloud\n\nUtilize SCRUM and Agile methodologies to complete tasks and accomplish workflows\n\nSkills, experience & requirements\nAccreditations:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent\n\nWorking knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: React, Java Springboot, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, etc.\n\nCore Technical Skills:\nEmpathetic, relatable, responsible\n\nWork in an agile environment with various stakeholders to iterate on value propositions for product development\n\nFull stack programming frameworking & languages - Coding in languages (Java, Springboot; etc.) using one or more frameworks (Symfony; Play; Spark; Django; Ruby on Rail; Zend etc.)\n\nWeb services / web app development - front-end programming ( (React, HTML, CSS, JS, Java, Python, NodeJS)\n\nSource code management - appropriately using version-control tools and best practices\n\nDevelopment Tools - knowledge of tools to create, debug, maintain, or otherwise support applications\n\nDesign & user scenario management tools, design thinking, ergonomics and graphic interface\n\nKnowledge of application lifecycle skills including application design, test definition, and technical analysis\n\nWell versed on best practices relating to secure coding\n\nDon’t meet all the requirements on the list?\nA resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
