On average, this means 1 day(s) on-site per week. Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities.\nAs ATB’s next Enterprise Identity Analyst, you will be a strong team player with a knack for solving complex problems and translating technical information into action items. You’ll be accountable for assessing current Identity and Access processes and working with the team to implement IAM best practices. You will quickly become an expert in existing access workflows and work in partnership with the larger Enterprise Identity & Application Security team to develop new ones. Because cybersecurity operates beyond a standard 9-to-5, this role requires participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and schedule flexibility, which we actively support with a mutual give-and-take approach to your working hours.\nAccountabilities\nManage and maintain user identities and access controls within Okta, ensuring compliance with security policies.\nImplement and monitor identity and access management solutions for Google Cloud Platform (GCP) resources.\nOversee and troubleshoot identity synchronization across various on-premise systems and directories (e.g., Active Directory).\nPerform regular access reviews and certification across Okta, GCP, and on-prem platforms.\nInvestigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests for all supported platforms.\nDevelop and update documentation related to identity and access procedures for Okta, GCP, and on-prem environments.\nCollaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure all identity solutions adhere to regulatory requirements.\nAct as a representative of the Enterprise Identity & Application Security team working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders.\nUtilize ServiceNow to fulfill a high volume of identity-related requests with precision and efficiency.\nSkills, Experience & Requirements\n3+ years of general IT experience in an enterprise environment.\n1+ year of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity.\nStrong experience managing and supporting Active Directory and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.\nHands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Single \nWorking familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.\nPractical understanding of security concepts, specifically the Principle of Least Privilege and alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex access controls into clear business terms.\nExperience operating within ServiceNow and ITIL v4 frameworks.\nPreferred Qualifications (Assets)\nActive or in-progress industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SSCP, Google PCSE, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials.\nProficiency with Python and Shell scripting, specifically applied to automating ServiceNow IAM workflows.\nHands-on development experience within an Agile environment.\nDon’t meet all the requirements on the list?\nA resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
