We are looking for a Scheduling Program Manager to lead scheduling strategy, governance, and execution across a portfolio of programs and projects. This role is an opportunity to strengthen schedule integrity, improve portfolio visibility, and influence the successful delivery of critical infrastructure work.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Scheduling Strategy & Governance\nGuide scheduling practices across multiple programs and projects.\nEstablish and maintain scheduling standards, governance processes, controls, and communication routines.\nPartner with project and program leaders to align priorities, milestones, and delivery objectives.\nProvide direction, prioritization, coaching, and quality oversight to contracted Schedulers.\nDrive Schedule Performance\nDevelop, review, and manage integrated schedules using Primavera P6.\nMonitor schedule health, milestones, critical-path impacts, variances, and forecasting.\nIdentify risks, assumptions, constraints, and delivery concerns early.\nRecommend mitigation strategies and help resolve schedule conflicts.\nStrengthen Portfolio Visibility\nAnalyze schedule trends and translate data into actionable insights.\nProvide clear reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport portfolio prioritization, work sequencing, and informed decision-making.\nEscalate concerns that could affect schedule integrity or milestone achievement.\nDevelop People & Improve Processes\nBalance scheduler workloads and resource capacity across active and planned work.\nCoach and mentor contracted and internal scheduling resources.\nDrive improvements in consistency, reporting quality, forecasting, documentation, and controls.\nProvide direct scheduling support for complex, high-priority, or high-visibility work as needed.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.\nFive years of experience in project controls, scheduling, construction scheduling, or transmission project scheduling.\nAdvanced Primavera P6 scheduling and schedule management experience.\nExperience leading scheduling resources and influencing cross-functional teams.\nExperience developing integrated schedules, forecasts, milestones, and progress tracking methods.\nAbility to identify schedule risks, constraints, issues, and critical-path impacts.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPortfolio- or program-level scheduling governance and execution.\nCapital project or infrastructure delivery experience.\nExperience overseeing contracted Schedulers or external scheduling resources.\nExperience creating scheduling standards, controls, governance practices, and communication routines.\nExperience supporting complex, high-priority, or high-visibility projects.\nA record of improving schedule consistency, reporting quality, forecasting, or resource planning.\nWhy ATC\nPurpose-Driven Work: We’re energized by meaningful and challenging work that contributes to the greater good, from powering everyday life to grid modernization. \nPeople-Centric Culture: We are difference makers.
