Insure stable customer relations through frequent customer contacts. Promote expanded business opportunities by exploring potential needs that can be fulfilled by ATC by performing the essential duties.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nAssist ATC in any manner required to promote customer satisfaction\nDevelop and implement strategies to secure current business and attract new business.\nDirectly responsible to present and recover cost increases from the Customer. Cost increases may originate from customer driven engineering changes, component costs, freight, duties/tariffs, underutilization of CAPEX, excess inventory/obsolescence, among others \nWork directly with ATC and Customer accounting offices to ensure full and timely payments\nCommitted to a safe and accident free work environment.\nPassionate about continuous improvement; never accepting mediocrity.\nRecommends improvements to processes and facilitates problem solving \nCommitted to meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations.\nExhibits a sense of urgency with regard to achieving goals & objectives.\nAccepts responsibility for performance of self and team\nFosters a team work environment across all functions. \nCreates a positive environment conducive to retaining an engaged workforce.Treats all employees and customers with respect in each interaction\nActively listens to employee concerns and takes appropriate action\nIs approachable and visible\n\nActively pursues learning and self development.\nCoordinate backorder meetings between ATC and Customer’s on an as needed basis.\nHelp monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and other feedback mechanisms.\nMaintain a high level of customer interface; ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and problems.\nNegotiate and maintain long-term contracts/agreements with the Customer. \nAdhere to the policies, procedures and instructions of the Quality and Materials systems.\nRecommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nFluent English language skills are mandatory. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, internal stakeholders and the general public.\nMATHEMATICAL SKILLS\nAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nREASONING ABILITY\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nSOFTWARE SKILLS\nVery proficient with Microsoft suite of products; ability to create complex spreadsheets, and powerpoint presentations. Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Epicor or other CRM systems required. \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
