We are looking for a Scheduler to provide project controls support for electric transmission line and substation projects. This role is an opportunity to turn complex project work into logical, activity-based plans, strengthen schedule visibility, and help teams deliver critical infrastructure safely and successfully.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild & Maintain Integrated Schedules\nDevelop and maintain multiple integrated project schedules based on project size and risk.\nCreate logical, activity-based plans that reflect scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and resources.\nIntegrate consultant, contractor, subcontractor, and internal project schedules.\nUse Primavera or other advanced scheduling software to model projects with many activities.\nAnalyze Schedule Health & Performance\nAnalyze critical paths, baselines, variances, productivity requirements, benchmarking metrics, and resource usage.\nApply Earned Value Management concepts to support project performance analysis.\nIdentify schedule risks and emerging issues early.\nRecommend practical mitigation and corrective actions that support project objectives.\nCommunicate & Align Stakeholders\nCommunicate project status and schedule health to Project Managers and project teams.\nCreate and distribute schedule reports and customized views for internal and external audiences.\nCoordinate activities and resources across project participants throughout the project life cycle.\nBuild constructive relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.\nSupport Field Execution & Better Practices\nVisit project sites and collaborate with construction supervision to understand progress and constraints.\nPrepare construction schedule views that support field coordination and execution.\nReview external schedules for required standards, sound practices, and consistent detail.\nPromote leading scheduling standards and value-added project controls approaches.\nWhat You'll Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\nFive years of professional experience, including three years in engineering, construction management, project management, project controls, or utility scheduling.\nKnowledge of scheduling techniques and Earned Value Management.\nDemonstrated project management and analytical skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication tailored to the audience.\nAbility to manage multiple jobs, projects, and priorities concurrently.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience That Can Help You Stand Out\nEngineering degree with a Construction Management or Project Management emphasis.\nProficiency with Primavera scheduling software.\nConstruction or construction management knowledge.\nElectric transmission, utility, energy, construction, or infrastructure experience.\nExperience reviewing consultant and contractor schedules for logic, standards, productivity, detail, and resource usage.\nProfessional Engineer license for senior-level consideration.\nWhy ATC\nPurpose-Driven Work: We’re energized by meaningful and challenging work that contributes to the greater good, from powering everyday life to grid modernization.\nPeople-Centric Culture: We are difference makers.
