This is a hands-on role for someone with recruitment experience in tech companies who can work independently, actively find and engage candidates, and coordinate our network of recruitment agencies.\nExcellent working knowledge of Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.\nYou’ll also have the flexibility to build an internal Talent Acquisition team as hiring needs evolve.\nWhat you’ll do\nPartner with department heads and hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and agree on hiring priorities.\nOwn the full recruitment cycle, from job descriptions and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, and offer acceptance.\nActively identify, approach, and engage candidates, building pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.\nCoordinate our network of recruitment agencies through clear briefs, priorities, and timely feedback, and assess the quality and relevance of the candidates they deliver.\nUse Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter daily to manage recruitment activity, keeping candidate records and pipelines organized and up to date.\nKeep hiring managers informed, support candidate assessment, and help move hiring decisions forward.\nEnsure a fair, consistent recruitment process and a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication.\nIdentify hiring bottlenecks and improve the recruitment process.\nWork with Marketing on employer branding initiatives and represent ATCOM at relevant career and HR events.\nWork with HR Operations to support a smooth handover from recruitment to onboarding.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in tech companies.\nExcellent hands-on proficiency in both Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter.
