Experience with Snowflake is an advantage.\n\nThis role combines hands-on platform administration, architecture oversight and stakeholder coordination. You'll help ensure our analytics platforms remain secure, reliable, efficient and aligned with enterprise standards.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManage platform operations: Review and approve daily access requests, service requests and platform activities across Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and related analytics services.\n\nAssess technology changes: Monitor upcoming releases, evaluate their impact on existing analytics solutions and coordinate communications and necessary platform changes.\n\nMaintain documentation and knowledge: Keep platform documentation, FAQs, procedures and service desk knowledge articles accurate, current and aligned with security, access management and governance requirements.\n\nProvide architecture oversight: Review and challenge change requests, represent the platform in Architecture Review Boards and ensure delivery teams follow approved architecture principles, reference designs and platform standards.\n\nReview technical deliverables: Assess and approve architecture and solution designs, including Asds, Psds and source-to-target mapping specifications.\n\nOptimize cloud consumption: Manage capacity, workload prioritization, performance and costs in line with platform governance standards.\n\nCoordinate stakeholders: Serve as the governance contact and escalation point for platform teams, architects, delivery and support teams, and business stakeholders.\n\nDrive continuous improvement: Identify risks, deviations, technical debt and compliance gaps; coordinate corrective actions; and promote reuse, standardization, automation and adoption of enterprise analytics capabilities.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including platform administration.\n\nA solid understanding of cloud platform concepts, integration patterns and data platform services.\n\nExperience in data architecture and analytics solution design across multiple technologies.\n\nExperience with architecture governance, solution reviews and the application of architecture standards, design patterns and technology guardrails.\n\nAn operational excellence mindset, with experience in platform operations and incident, problem and change management within a regulated industry.\n\nExperience assessing technology releases, managing lifecycle changes and coordinating their impact on platforms and users.\n\nThe ability to work effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders.\n\nNice to have:\n\nKnowledge of Snowflake and its administration\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD and release management\n\nExperience improving platform governance, operational processes and user experience through standardization and automation\n\n Company description\n ATCON is a Belgium-based IT consulting firm established with a vision to empower businesses using the latest technologies and provide best-in-class services to our clients. \nWe support as an end-to-end IT solutions partner for digitalizing business processes and making the data meaningful. \nOur approach is more solution-driven than technology one, focused to solve business challenges and deliver results.
