As part of our geographically dispersed team, effective communication via digital tools is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Business Analyst within an IT company or department, adept at collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions based on Stakeholder requirements. Experience in Agile methodologies is a must.\nYour responsibilities:\nPartner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand business challenges and opportunities.\nGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.\nFacilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align expectations and drive informed decisions.\nModel and analyze business process, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.\nTranslate business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, testers, and project managers.\nSupport solution delivery through impact analysis, requirement validation, testing, and UAT activities.\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey technical and functional information.\nSolid understanding of information technology with prior experience in software development in a professional setting (minimum of 2 years).\nFamiliarity with Business Analysis tools.\nExperience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), including working in Sprints, participation in daily standups.\nExperience in creating documentation, such as business requirements, process flows and process maps, and technical documentation.\nAbility to develop the technical and system design document for medium to high complexity project/ application\nValid permit to live and work in EU\nBeneficial to have:\nExperience with REST APIs, .NET, AngularJS, Angular 19, and microservice architecture\nBenefits:\nAn international, culture-driven and welcoming environment. \nA hybrid working model -
