internal communication strategy.\nExecute the internal communication plan and coordinate with key stakeholders.\nLead communication projects and drive employee engagement campaigns.\nSupport the local management team in maintaining consistent communication flow.\nCreate and manage day-to-day communication to ensure timely information flow across the organization.\nParticipate in group-level communication planning and cross-country initiatives.\nEngage employees and leaders in external communication and marketing efforts.\nManage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for internal communication activities.\nTrack communication performance and report on key KPIs.\nProvide communication support to the crisis management team during critical situations and incidents.\nRequirements\nA bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, PR, Marketing, or Journalism.\nAt least 2 years of experience in Communication, PR, Marketing, or Employer Branding.\nExcellent command of English (B2 level, both written and spoken).\nHighly organized, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.\nStrong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.\nA team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.\nActively engaged and ready to take initiative.\nComfortable serving as a spokesperson when needed.\nCurious and eager to learn and
