The position starts with a strong focus on manual testing and will evolve into a blended role that includes manual testing, selective test automation activities and the effective use of AI-powered tools to improve quality and efficiency.\nYour responsibilities:\nDesign and create test cases, test scenarios, and test data.\nParticipate in preparing test specifications and quality documentation.\nExecute system testing based on provided test plans.\nPerform QA reviews and contribute to technical refinement sessions.\nCollaborate with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and other QA team members, communicating issues clearly and effectively.\nReport bugs with adequate detail for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nConduct bug reviews and test reviews.\nRespond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nUtilize AI-powered tools to support test design, test case generation, defect analysis, documentation and quality assurance activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation, AI-assisted testing approaches and continuous process improvement.\nContribute to the adoption of AI-driven quality engineering practices within the team.\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nPractical experience with manual testing activities.\nFamiliarity with task and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).\nSolid understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.\nStrong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams.\nInterest in AI technologies and willingness to leverage AI tools to enhance testing effectiveness and productivity.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nUnderstanding of AI application testing, including validation of AI-generated outputs, prompts, and quality assurance of AI-enabled solutions.\nNice to have:\nISTQB certification.\nAPI testing experience (e.g., Insomnia or similar tools).\nBenefits:\nAn international, culture-driven and welcoming environment. \nA hybrid working model -
