Ensure COS is reviewed by Atec management and submitted to customer in timely manner. Work with customer to ensure a contract modification is provided and then communicated to Atec (subsidiaries, suppliers, etc.).\nPrepare and submit government forms for export when required.\nWork with Contract Administrator or Contracts Manager on contract issues.\nPerform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.\nEnsure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec International Standards Organization (AS9100/ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMay have supervisory responsibility for employees working on the project.\nMonitor personnel to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec AS9100/ISO policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.\nAS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES\nBe familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.\nUnderstand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.\nComplete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions.\nParticipate in Atec Improvement Machine (AIM) as appropriate.\nParticipate in AS9100/ISO training as required.\nCooperate with Auditors.\nReport any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE\nTechnical degree from four-year college or technical school; three (3) or more years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.\nAdvanced (masters degree or higher) preferred.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nEmployee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nNoise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\nExtended work hours and/or travel may occasionally be required.\nEqual\">www.Atec.com\nEqual\">Equal Opportunity Employer.
