planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaint and resolving problems.\nMonitor personnel to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with Atec AS9100/ISO policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.\nAS9100/ISO SPECIFIC DUTIES\nBe familiar with and understand Atec Quality Policy and company objectives.\nUnderstand required AS9100/ISO specific Procedures and Work Instructions.\nComplete all records required by Procedures and Work Instructions\nParticipate in Atec Improvement Machine (AIM) as appropriate.\nParticipate in AS9100/ISO training as required.\nCooperate with Auditors.\nReport any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or General Education Degree\nBachelor’s degree in Safety field preferred;
