You will work from real business needs to develop reliable, measurable solutions that are easy for teams to adopt.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and prioritize use cases: Work directly with business teams to understand their processes, identify low-value or repetitive tasks, and define the expected benefits.\n\nPrototype quickly: Design proofs of concept and usage-focused MVPs, test them with users, and iterate based on feedback.\n\nDevelop end-to-end internal tools: Build user interfaces, backend services, workflows, agents, and integrations through to operational deployment.\n\nConnect enterprise systems: Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other approved data sources while respecting access rights and permissions.\n\nIndustrialize solutions: Implement testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, version management, support, and continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure security and responsible AI: Apply data protection, confidentiality, traceability, human oversight, and risk management requirements.\n\nMeasure impact: Define adoption, quality, and operational efficiency metrics with business teams and track the value delivered after deployment.\n\nBuild reusable solutions: Document components and agents, avoid duplication, and contribute to a shared architecture that enables solutions to be reused across multiple teams.\n\nExamples of Solutions you may build\nAssistants for meeting preparation, meeting summaries, and action tracking.\n\nIntelligent search across commercial and technical documentation.\n\nAutomation of RFP responses and generation of scoping documents.\n\nTools to support proposal preparation, opportunity tracking, and consolidation of information from multiple sources.\n\nSupport agents capable of suggesting contextualized resolutions and enriching the knowledge base.\n\nSimple internal applications to automate checks, calculations, reporting, and recurring workflows.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nYou hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5), engineering degree, or equivalent qualification, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in application development, automation, or the implementation of AI solutions in an enterprise environment.\nFull-stack development: Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, web applications, databases, and user-focused interface design.\n\nGenerative AI and agents: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, tool calling, orchestration, and response quality evaluation.\n\nIntegration: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, enterprise APIs and connectors, identity and permission management.\n\nCloud & DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, monitoring, and deployment on cloud or internal platforms.\n\nProduct thinking: Ability to start from a business need, define an MVP, balance simplicity and robustness, and support user adoption.\n\nSecurity & governance: Good practices in data protection, secrets management, auditability, human oversight, and documentation.\n\nAdditionall Skills that would be an advantage\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Azure AI, or Azure OpenAI.\n\nSalesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Dataverse, or Fabric.\n\nAgent interoperability protocols and standards, particularly MCP.\n\nExperience in media, video, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software environments.\n\nUX practices, change management, and user training.\n\nHow your work matters\nCuriosity, pragmatism, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
