Join ATEME and help deliver high-quality video experiences at scale.\nMission:\nIn this internship, you will gain hands-on engineering experience by supporting Ateme’s lab operations, working directly with equipment, networks, and video delivery solutions alongside our engineering and technical support teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLab Operations & Equipment:\nSupport day-to-day lab operations, including equipment setup, installation, configuration, and testing.\n\nAssist with maintaining an organized and functional engineering lab environment.\n\nParticipate in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for Ateme products.\n\nSupport hardware handling and equipment-related operational needs.\n\nTechnical Support & Troubleshooting:\nAssist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.\n\nWork with Linux and Windows environments as part of lab and engineering activities.\n\nHelp investigate technical issues alongside experienced engineers.\n\nProvide day-to-day operational support to engineering and technical support teams.\n\nPOC, Demo & Engineering Support:\nContribute to the configuration and preparation of Proof of Concept (POC) environments.\n\nAssist with setting up product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.\n\nSupport testing and validation activities across Ateme solutions.\n\nCollaborate with engineers on technical projects and lab initiatives.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation: Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nTechnical Foundation: Familiarity with Linux CLI, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.\n\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and an interest in troubleshooting technical issues.\n\nMindset: Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.\n\nCollaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.\n\nCareer Interest: Interested in building hands-on engineering experience and open to exploring a longer-term career opportunity with Ateme.\n\nWhy Join Ateme?\nHands-On Experience: Work directly with professional video delivery technology, hardware, networking, and engineering environments.\n\nMentorship: Learn alongside senior engineers and technical experts with deep industry experience.\n\nReal-World Exposure: Contribute to POCs, product demos, troubleshooting, testing, and day-to-day lab operations.\n\nInternational Environment: Gain experience within a global technology company and collaborate with teams across different regions.\n\nCareer Growth: This internship can serve as a pathway to continued opportunities at Ateme, including the possibility of extending the internship or transitioning into a permanent position.\n\nProgram Details:\nCompensation: $15.16-$20.00/hour, depending on experience, education, and technical skills.\n\nSchedule: 30-40 hours per week.\n\nDuration & Career Opportunity: 12-week internship, with the potential to extend beyond the initial program and/or transition into a permanent position at Ateme based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.\n\nWork Environment: Fully on-site at our Englewood office and engineering lab, where you’ll work hands-on with Ateme equipment and technologies and collaborate directly with our engineering and technical teams.\n\nLocation: Englewood, Colorado.\n\nThis is more than an internship.
