Join ATEME and help deliver high-quality video experiences at scale.\nMission:\nAs a IT & Lab Infrastructure Engineer, you will help operate, maintain, and improve Ateme’s IT and engineering lab environment in Denver.\nWorking hands-on across systems, networks, servers, virtualization, and video infrastructure, you will troubleshoot technical issues and take ownership of day-to-day IT and lab operations in coordination with Ateme’s IT, Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIT & Network Infrastructure:\nInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, servers, workstations, and network equipment.\n\nAdminister network infrastructure including switches, WiFi, WAN, VLANs, routing, and connectivity.\n\nManage firewall rules, access requirements, and network security in coordination with Ateme’s IT and Cybersecurity teams.\n\nMonitor infrastructure availability and troubleshoot system and network incidents.\n\nMaintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, network diagrams, and inventories.\n\nParticipate in hardware lifecycle management, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity planning.\n\nLab Infrastructure & Operations:\nOperate and maintain the Denver engineering lab, including servers, racks, workstations, storage, and virtualization platforms.\n\nMaintain video-specific infrastructure including SDI routing, RF/antenna systems, origin servers, fiber switching, and NMOS controllers.\n\nInstall and replace equipment, manage cabling, and coordinate RMA and preventive maintenance activities.\n\nMaintain containerized and Kubernetes-based lab environments.\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues across systems, networks, hardware, and lab infrastructure.\n\nEnsure lab systems remain organized, documented, reliable, and available for engineering testing, validation, and demonstrations.\n\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement:\nDevelop scripts and tools to automate recurring IT and lab operations using technologies such as Python, Bash, APIs, and YAML.\n\nImprove infrastructure monitoring, configuration, inventory, and internal tools.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, scalability, and standardization.\n\nContribute to infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.\n\nDevelop and maintain technical procedures and operational documentation.\n\nIT Security & Governance:\nApply Ateme IT and cybersecurity standards within the Denver environment.\n\nParticipate in firewall, access-control, and infrastructure security activities.\n\nMaintain accurate systems, access, and network documentation.\n\nCoordinate local infrastructure requirements with Ateme’s IT and Cybersecurity teams.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure, or a related technical field.\n\nSystems & Networking: Good knowledge of Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, servers, and virtualization.\n\nIndustry Exposure: Previous exposure to video delivery, broadcast, streaming, media technology, or telecommunications is a plus.\n\nAutomation & Containers: Familiarity with Python, Bash, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies is a plus.\n\nMindset: Hands-on, proactive, organized, and able to troubleshoot technical issues and work autonomously in an international environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements: Ability to work hands-on in a lab environment and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.\n\nWhy Join Ateme?\nHands-On Experience: Work directly with professional IT, networking, server, storage, and video lab infrastructure.\n\nTechnical Exposure: Build expertise across systems administration, networking, virtualization, automation, cybersecurity, and video technologies.\n\nOwnership & Autonomy: Take responsibility for technical topics and contribute directly to the reliability and improvement of the Denver environment.\n\nInternational Environment: Work closely with IT, Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams across Ateme’s global organization.\n\nCareer Growth: Develop the technical expertise and ownership required to progressively take greater responsibility for Ateme’s IT and lab infrastructure in North America.\n\nProgram Details:\nProgram: VIE -
