Join ATEME and help deliver high-quality video experiences at scale.\nMission\nAs a Solutions Engineer based in Denver, you will support Ateme’s North American technical sales activities, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, microservices, and software-based architectures. Working alongside the Solutions Engineering team, you will help design, demonstrate, and validate technical solutions throughout the sales cycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Discovery & Solution Design:\nPartner with Sales and Marketing to align solution design with customer business and technical requirements.\n\nParticipate in technical discovery and progressively take ownership as your experience develops.\n\nContribute to solution architecture, implementation approaches, and roadmaps alongside the Solutions Engineering team.\n\nDemos, POCs & Proposal Support:\nPrepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) in customer environments.\n\nSupport the technical aspects of RFI/RFP responses, including scope assessment, solution recommendations, and proposal support.\n\nSupport the creation of statements of work, bills of materials, and technical documentation.\n\nCustomer & Cross-Functional Collaboration:\nExplain complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nWork as a bridge between Sales and Delivery to support smooth project execution and implementation.\n\nRepresent Ateme alongside the team at industry forums, trade shows, and customer events.\n\nProvide technical training and guidance to customers and partners.\n\nSupport the end-to-end sales cycle and progressively take greater ownership of the technical side of opportunities.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEducation: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nTechnical Foundation: Good knowledge of IP networking and Linux, with initial exposure to video, broadcast, streaming, transcoding, or playout technologies.\n\nIndustry Exposure: Initial relevant experience through internships, apprenticeships, academic projects, or a first professional experience.\n\nCloud & Software: Familiarity with cloud, hybrid, or software-based video workflows is a plus.\n\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nCommunication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.\n\nCollaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.\n\nWhy Join Ateme?\nHands-On Experience: Gain exposure to complex North American customer projects and advanced video solutions.\n\nTechnical Exposure: Work on solution design, demos, POCs, RFPs, and cloud and hybrid video architectures.\n\nMentorship: Work alongside experienced Solutions Engineers and technical experts.\n\nInternational Environment: Join a high-performing international team supporting Ateme’s North American business.\n\nCareer Growth: Progressively build the technical and customer-facing expertise required to take greater ownership of opportunities within Solutions Engineering.\n\nProgram Details:\nProgram: VIE -
