monitoring system) tools, ensuring the tools are working correctly before returning them to owner and maintaining an efficient turnaround time for ATEQ customers.\nHourly Rate: $19\nSupervisory Responsibility:\nNone\nResponsibilities/Duties:\n- Directly responsible for building instruments based on provided technical development specifications within an Electrical/Mechanical environment\n- Be able to follow all ISO 9001 instructions and procedures to ensure quality standards are met when performing repairs\n- Test all devices to ensure tool works properly prior to sending back out to the customer\n- Manage service tracking\n- Communicate with customers about the status of their repair(s)\n- Provide all documentation to appropriate parties for adequate invoicing\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\n- Some College\n- 2+ prior years of experience working within a Technical/Mechanical environment\n- Must have an Electrical/ Mechanical and/or Technical acumen\n- 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment is required\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\n- Fast Paced Environment\n- Work Independently\n- Attention to detail\n- Time Management\n- Organization Skills\n- Must have excellent communication skills.\nPreferred Skills/Abilities:\nAssociates Degree\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
