To learn more, visitatera.com.\nAbout the Role\nAtera is actively seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-growing, global technology company.\nThe Executive Assistant plays a central role in managing the CEO’s day-to-day operating flow, ensuring priorities, logistics, and execution are handled with precision and reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and manage a highly complex and dynamic calendar, prioritizing time based on business and leadership needs\nProactively plan, protect, and optimize the CEO’s time, including buffers, focus blocks, and rapid adjustments\nCoordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end, including preparation, logistics, and follow-up\nPlan and manage complex international and domestic travel, including itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes\nSupport logistics for board meetings, leadership offsites, and executive-level events\nAct as a trusted point of coordination between the CEO and senior internal and external stakeholders\nHandle sensitive professional and personal matters with absolute discretion and sound judgment\nOperate with full ownership to reduce noise, friction, and distractions from the CEO’s day-to-day work\nIf you have already operated at the executive level within a growth-stage startup and understand what it takes to support a CEO in a complex, fast-paced environment, this role is for you\nRequirements\nRequirements\n5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment\nDemonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars and priorities at scale\nNative-level or near-native English (written and spoken)\nProven experience working daily in English with senior executives, board members, and global stakeholders\nExperience supporting executives in a global SaaS or technology company\nHands-on experience working across time zones and with international stakeholders\nHigh proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and executive-level task or project management tools\nAbility to operate independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems before they escalate\nHigh emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal judgment\nExceptional reliability, discretion, and attention to detail\nThe role is not an entry-level role and requires proven experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently from day one.\nAbout Atera\nAtera is defining the category of Autonomous IT, in which AI agents resolve technical incidents end to end, without a technician in the loop.
