least 3 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in C# and .NET, including object-oriented design, asynchronous programming, and backend development.\nPractical ability to develop production-quality applications in Python, preferably using FastAPI.\nDemonstrated experience with AI-assisted software development using modern large language models and neural coding tools, such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent.\nAbility to use AI tools efficiently for code generation, architecture exploration, debugging, refactoring, and automated test development.\nAbility to independently review, troubleshoot, and improve AI-generated Python code.\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and authentication principles.\nExperience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy or equivalent ORM frameworks, and database migrations.\nFamiliarity with Git, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD.\nUnderstanding of application security, data integrity, concurrency, and transaction management.\nFluent Azerbaijani and Russian.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and Pydantic.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Keycloak.\nExperience integrating LDAP, Active Directory, or OpenID Connect.\nExperience with background jobs, idempotent operations, and event processing.\nFamiliarity with S3, Apache Iceberg, Trino, or enterprise data pipelines.\nExperience developing enterprise applications with complex role-based access and approval workflows.\nPractical Evaluation\nCandidates must be prepared to
