concepts.\nPractical ability to develop and maintain Python code using AI-assisted development workflows.\nDemonstrated proficiency with modern neural-network-based coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent.\nAbility to validate, debug, and refine AI-generated code rather than relying on unverified output.\nExperience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, state management, and asynchronous operations.\nFamiliarity with Git, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.\nUnderstanding of responsive UI design, localization, and mobile platform constraints.\nFluent Azerbaijani and Russian.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Flutter Web and production applications sharing code between web and mobile platforms.\nKnowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, PKCE, and Keycloak.\nExperience with Firebase Cloud Messaging.\nFamiliarity with Android and iOS signing, provisioning, and release processes.\nExperience
