CI/CD, and mobile application delivery.\nExperience managing cross-functional software teams under demanding deadlines.\nAbility to translate business requirements into executable delivery plans.\nStrong organizational, analytical, communication, and escalation-management skills.\nFluent Azerbaijani and Russian.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.\nExperience with enterprise applications, HR systems, insurance technology, or workflow automation.\nPrevious delivery experience involving Kubernetes, Flutter, or Python-based
