Get in on the action and bring your ideas to life!\nYour Responsibilities\nRepresent the company professionally during customer visits and meetings with stakeholders at all levels of the organization\nMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and support achievement of sales targets\nPresent technical information and testing solutions to customers to support the sale of powertrain testing products and services\nUnderstand customer testing requirements and communicate technical needs clearly to engineering and operations teams\nCoordinate with engineering teams on customer requirements and manage follow-up discussions to ensure timely and accurate responses\nUtilize sales and business-development tools, including CRM systems, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other approved platforms\nMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer meetings, technical discussions, requirements, opportunities, and next steps\nManage the sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts and reporting to management\nPrepare and support proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for customer opportunities\nActively support the introduction and commercialization of new testing products, services, and capabilities\nRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, symposiums, and other industry events in collaboration with Marketing\nCollaborate closely with Global Sales Teams to share market intelligence, customer requirements, opportunities, and best practices\nAnalyze North American sales activity, market developments, customer trends, and competitive conditions and provide regular reports to management\nWork closely with engineering, test operations, and management to develop solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting company profitability\nFollow and comply with all applicable requirements, procedures, and processes established under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 17025\nQualifications and Experience Required\nStrong understanding of North American testing, products, and services\nUnderstanding of contract testing services\nYou are confident and comfortable explaining mechanical and electrical solutions\nYou are customer focused and can demonstrate sales growth in previous roles\nYou are a realist who manages tough situations\nYou have a strong inner drive and are reliable\nYou have a strong will to succeed with customers\nStrong negotiating skills, fiscally aware, and desire to drive profits\nYou have a willingness to travel\nWhy you should work with us\nATESTEO offers unique experiences and personalized career development in a variety of interesting jobs at a growing international company.
