Open to remote in AR, LA, TX, OK, MO, TN, GA, and FL.\nThe Client Success Specialist is the connective tissue between our clients, designers, and developers. This role owns the successful delivery and growth of multiple client engagements at the same time which requires balancing relationships, budgets, timelines, and people.\nYou are not a traditional project manager, and you are not a salesperson. You are a trusted partner to clients and a steady leader internally, someone who knows when to push, when to pause, and how to move work forward without unnecessary friction.\nWhat You’ll Do\nClient Leadership & Relationship Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients \nRun client calls, planning sessions, and product update demos \nBuild trust through clarity, follow-through, and thoughtful guidance \nCommunicate with Clients through email, virtual meetings, and in person (if required) \nIdentify opportunities to add value, expand scope, or shape future phases of work \nDelivery & Coordination\nCoordinate work across design, development, and strategy teams \nManage timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple active projects \nRemove blockers by asking the right questions and bringing in the right people at the right time \nEnsure work stays aligned with client goals, not just task completion \nDesign & Technology Guidance\nUse your working background in design and software development to translate client needs into clear, actionable direction for designers and developers. \nProvide high-level guidance on design and technology decisions (without needing to be hands-on) \nEnsure solutions remain practical, scalable, and aligned with project constraints \nTeam Leadership & Mentorship\nMotivate and support developers to hit deadlines and maintain quality \nMentor team members on client communication and relationship awareness \nHelp teams understand the why behind the work, not just the tasks \nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of project management, agency, and/or relevant experience.\nExperience managing software development projects and coordinating work across designers, developers, and stakeholders.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nStrong ability to track, document, and report on project status.\nConfident running meetings, leading discussions, and demoing progress.\nComfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nOrganized, proactive, and calm under pressure.\nStrong judgment around resourcing, knowing when to shift people and when stability matters more.\nAbility to sense when a client need is “Phase 1” vs. something better positioned for a future phase.\nNatural relationship-builder who enjoys helping clients succeed.\nAbility to motivate without micromanaging.\nEmpathy for both clients and technical teams.\nComfort operating in ambiguity and helping others find clarity.\nWorking knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nExperience gathering, documenting, and managing project requirements.\nExperience using project and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Wrike, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing software development projects with a strong systems integration focus.\nUnderstanding of APIs, middleware, and system-to-system integrations.\nFamiliarity with data schemas, data mapping, and data transformation concepts.\nExperience creating or working from Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and similar technical documentation.\nDaily use of Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable SDLC management tools.\nPMP certification.\nBackground working with custom software development teams, digital agencies, or technology consulting firms.\nTechnical or design background that enables effective collaboration with developers and designers.\nWho You Are:\nThis role is ideal for someone who:\nEnjoys being at the center of complex work \nThinks in outcomes, not just tasks \nHas worked closely with designers and developers \nTakes pride in making clients feel supported and teams feel empowered \nHas some technical and/or design skills / background \nAbout ATG Data Solutions\nWe believe in building inspired professionals, thriving businesses, and healthy communities.
